Tenant Improvement over two floors for Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital.  The third floor was fully built out with open and private offices for departments including Hospital Administration, Information Services, Foundation, Human Resources, and Risk Management.  The ground floor was reserved for the hospital's eductaional programs and included seven seminar rooms and a hospital simulation lab.  Featured within the building is the hospital's new 35-seat board room complete with acoustical wood ceiling "wings".
